This is a fruit-packed smoothie and this one can be a healthy breakfast and it as well as an option of being taken between meals. According to the study done in the year 2012, thick smoothies help one to feel filled for a long time.  Therefore, the thick smoothie mango and the Greek yogurt rich in protein will make you feel full until the time of your next meal. You can make this smoothie by blending 1 cup of frozen or fresh raspberries, 1 cup of frozen or fresh chopped mango, 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed, 1 cup of plain low-fat Greek yogurt and a few splashes of water.
